Mihai Selegean
With over 25 years steering legal teams and 15 years in banking, Mihai turns complex AI regulations into clear, actionable playbooks. He's worked in Romanian judiciary and as a senior executive, building high-performing teams that balance innovation with compliance. A veteran trainer and speaker at national and international conferences, Mihai translates legal nuance into growth opportunities. He combines academic vision with entrepreneurial experience, having been involved in developing Legal AI models for more than 5 years.

Radu Rizoiu
Radu is a Law Professor at the University of Bucharest, teaching civil law subjects including legal acts, statute of limitations, and personal rights. He also trains future judges at the National Institute of Magistracy. In private practice, he handles complex banking-law cases and has authored several books and articles on mortgages, corporate structures, and civil acts theory. Recently, Radu has focused on how technology reshapes legal rules, exploring how AI influences traditional concepts of personhood and contractual obligations, such as smart contracts and digital signatures.

With over a decade of expertise and a Distinction in IT Law from the University of Edinburgh, Maria specializes in AI consultancy at the intersection of technology, education, and society. A passionate trainer and consultant, Maria deconstructs complex AI concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences, from educators to policymakers. She believes understanding AI's societal impact should be accessible to all who shape our digital future. Maria partners with organizations to navigate responsible AI development, helping them harness technology while building ethical, human-centered solutions.

Ruxandra Popescu
Ruxandra finished law school in 2024 at Babeș-Bolyai University, where she discovered that traditional legal fields can shine when paired with smart digital tools. Fascinated by real estate, property registration, and contracts, she also uncovered the benefits of digitalisation. Her internships in law firms, along with hands-on experience in banking as a junior lawyer, gave her a front-row seat to both legal and financial challenges, fueling her passion for modern, efficient solutions.

Mihaela Gherghe
Mihaela combines expertise in digital banking with civil law foundations. She holds a summa cum laude doctorate and teaches civil law and legal drafting at University of Bucharest, while pursuing professional development through courses at Penn, Vanderbilt, and EIT Digital covering regulatory compliance, AI prompt engineering, and privacy. This blend of teaching and practice shows in how she explains complex regulations. Her work as fractional general counsel for a neobank entering the Romanian market illustrates her understanding of how legal requirements translate into business processes.
